Vegans have long been advised to take B12 supplements as long term veganism runs the huge risk of serious B12 deficiency as well as other nutrients only found in animal foods such as true Vitamin A. Beta carotene is not true vitamin A nor does it easily convert to adequate amounts of Vitamin A in the body. Czytam wlasnie kolejny artykol z seri jak to zle sie zyje 30'latkom w polsce.  Jak zwykle najciekawsze sa komentarze.  Pozwole sobie zamiescic dwie ciekawe wypowiedzi. 1obywatel1 Miałem 23 lata jak dali mi pracę. W wieku 26 lat wziąłem kredyt w zakładzie i zacząłem się budować. W wieku 30 lat miałem swój dom, syna i zasadziłem nie tylko jedno drzewo ale las. Spędziłem w tym domu 30 lat. Dzisiaj nie stać mnie na jego utrzymanie. Nie znaczy to, że jestem za "komuną". Ale uważam, że dzisiejsza młodzież ma zdecydowanie więcej barier w pozyskaniu własnego lokum. Jednocześnie zaś ma zdecydowanie więcej szans na życie poza Polską. Dziwi mnie podejście młodych do wyborów. Poszli zagłosować ze dwa razy za PO. Wielu z nich nigdy nie poszło i nie chce iść decydować o losach Polski. A każdy z nas ma szansę wpłynąć na zmiany.
